My Therapeutic Approach
Honouring individual differences means I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual client whilst prioritise evidence-based, trauma-informed practice.
My work is also informed by mindfulness and somatic principles as I look at the whole person, body and mind.
Psychometric assessment is another key component of my practice and helps to inform therapy goals and monitor progress.
